The Zeee 8000 mAh 100C 4S LiPo battery looks impressive on paper with its large capacity and bold 100C rating. This battery comes in a black-and-blue hard case, rated for 8000mAh with a 100C discharge rating. While looks don’t matter, performance certainly does.

What Makes It Unique
The Zeee pack stands out with its high capacity and 100C rating, which looks impressive on paper. Its hard case design also provides extra protection and makes it easier to handle. But the key unique aspect is that its performance under load can be measured realistically using internal resistance.
Internal Resistance & C Rating
Using the measured resistance, the pack’s true continuous C rating comes out to roughly 13.9C. This equals a maximum safe continuous current of about 111 amps—far below the advertised 100C rating. Exceeding this would risk overheating and reduce battery lifespan.

Load Performance
We ran multiple controlled tests to see how the battery performs in real conditions. Voltage dropped quickly under load, and the pack reached the low-voltage cutoff fast. This limits motor speed and overall RC vehicle performance.
For comparison, an older 4000mAh, 45C pack maintained voltage better and handled its rated current without issue. Even with half the capacity, the older battery outperformed the Zeee 8000mAh under similar conditions.
Practical Applications
Based on these results, the Zeee 8000mAh 100C 4S LiPo battery isn’t suitable for high-demand RC setups like speed-run cars or EDF jets. It may still work for low-current applications or vehicles with modest power requirements, but it’s not a good choice for users seeking maximum performance or voltage stability. It is not ideal for speed-run or high-load vehicles, where voltage stability and low internal resistance are critical.
Final Thoughts
In conclusion, the Zeee 8000mAh 100C LiPo underperforms relative to its ratings. It may be usable for light loads or casual runs, but it is not suited for high-speed RC vehicles.
